O Come all Ye Faithful is one of the most popular Christmas carols. You will hear it sung at most carol services at Christmas. I have put together 2 different piano versions for you to enjoy learning. There is an easy version and a more challenging arrangement. Both of them are based on the traditional tune (usually attributed to John Francis Wade).

Here is the more challenging arrangement of the carol.
You may find it helpful to watch the YouTube video above or listen to the track on Spotify whilst following the sheet music so you get a feel for what the arrangement sounds like.
O Come all Ye Faithful Lyrics
The lyrics were originally written in Latin “Adeste Fideles” – you will sometimes see the carol still referred to in this way.
The lyrics of the 1st verse are a call to worship the baby Jesus in Bethlehem.
The second verse talks about the miracle of the Virgin birth, whilst the 3rd verse is a reference to the angels singing praise to God.
The final verse (traditionally only sung on Christmas Day!) explains how Jesus is the embodiment of God living among us “Word of the Father”.
Each verse concludes with the repeated call to worship “O come let us adore Him”.
O come, all ye faithful joyful and triumphant!
O come ye, O come ye, to Bethlehem
Come and behold Him
born the King of Angels
Refrain
O come, let us adore Him
O come, let us adore Him
O come, let us adore Him
Christ the Lord!
God of God, Light of Light
Lo, He abhors not the Virgin’s womb
Very God
begotten, not created
Sing, choirs of angels sing in exultation
Sing, all ye citizens of heaven above!
Glory to God
in the highest
Yea, Lord, we greet Thee, born this happy morning
Jesus, to Thee be glory given
Word of the Father
now in flesh appearing
